1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how URBNBEE LLC ("URBNBEE LLC", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the URBNBEE website at https://www.urbnbeeai.com, the BeeAgent software, and related services (the "Service").

Legal entity: URBNBEE LLC. Website: https://www.urbnbeeai.com. Contact: [email protected]. Mailing address: 550 East 9th Avenue, Sun Valley, NV 89433-7211, United States.

URBNBEE provides customer communication and messaging management services across supported communication channels including WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, and SMS.

URBNBEE does not support spam, scraping, or unsolicited mass messaging activities.

2. Scope (United States and Mexico)

We intend this Policy to address users in the United States and Mexico. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under U.S. state privacy laws or Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and related regulations. If any provision conflicts with a mandatory local rule, the local rule prevails for that jurisdiction.

3. Information we collect

Account and profile: name, email address, password (stored in hashed form), phone number (if you provide it), company or workspace details, and preferences.

Service usage: log data, device/browser type, approximate location derived from IP, timestamps, and interactions with features (for example, inbox, agent settings, calendar).

Communications: messages and content you send through the Service, including channel metadata (for example, message status, provider information, and identifiers involved in a thread) when you use supported messaging features such as WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, or SMS.

Support: information you provide when you contact [email protected].

Optional integrations: payment or other data processed by third-party processors when you enable those integrations.

4. How we use information

To provide, secure, and improve the Service; authenticate users; help businesses manage customer-initiated communications; support messaging automation, appointment scheduling, and customer support workflows; deliver transactional or informational messages you request or that are necessary to operate your account; troubleshoot; analyze usage in aggregate; comply with law; and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not share mobile phone numbers with unrelated third parties for their own promotional marketing without your consent where consent is required by law.

Mobile Phone Number Privacy

We use mobile numbers for the communication features the business and recipient use, such as support, coordination and notices related to their request.

URBNBEE does not sell or rent mobile numbers to third parties for their own marketing. Channel providers may process the data needed to provide the features used.

Providing a number in a form does not by itself establish consent to every SMS. The business must identify the purpose and have the appropriate authorization or basis for each communication. A feature's availability does not establish that permission.

Channels and opt-out options depend on the enabled feature. Where an enabled SMS program offers STOP or HELP, follow those instructions; you may also contact [email protected].

5. Messaging channels and telecommunications

Contact details and messages are used for the communication features you enable or request. Channel providers and carriers may process data needed to transmit them; their options and practices also depend on the service used. Using support or providing a phone number does not presume consent to marketing.

6. Legal bases (including Mexico)

The basis and requirements for processing depend on the activity, each party's responsibilities and applicable law. Where consent is required, it must correspond to the disclosed purpose; legal exceptions or duties are reviewed for the case. One legal basis is not presumed valid for every purpose or jurisdiction.

7. Sharing and subprocessors

Processing may involve infrastructure, security, AI, messaging and payment providers depending on the features used. They do not all receive the same information or participate in every request.

Providers of available features include Railway for hosting; Cloudflare for networking, protection and object storage when configured; OpenAI for AI; Meta for WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram; Twilio and Telnyx for telephony; Resend for email; Stripe, Mercado Pago and PayPal for payments; and Google for calendar or sign-in when connected. Actual use depends on enabled features.

A business's features may involve that business managing its customers' data through URBNBEE. We coordinate requests according to the processing and respective responsibilities; contacting support does not grant access to the rest of a workspace.

Information may also need to be disclosed in response to legal requirements, to protect rights and security or in a corporate transaction, subject to applicable requirements.

8. International transfers

Infrastructure and providers used may process information in the United States or other countries. Location and conditions depend on the service and chosen connections. You can ask which providers participate in a feature you use and make requests concerning your data at [email protected].

9. Retention

Retention depends on the category, service purpose and applicable obligations. There is no single period for all data. A request is reviewed to distinguish what should be deleted from records that need to be retained for a justified purpose, such as billing, security or claims.

CRM forgetting features do not erase all history, files, integrations or backups. Backups are managed separately. You may request a broader review at [email protected]; technical limitations do not remove rights or extend applicable deadlines. See https://www.urbnbeeai.com/data-deletion.

Suspension for nonpayment and data retention are separate decisions. Nonpayment does not itself trigger automatic purging; indefinite retention is not promised either.

10. Your rights (United States)

Depending on your residence and the applicability of relevant law, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion or objection to certain processing, including applicable rights concerning sale, sharing or targeted advertising. Contact [email protected]. We will appropriately verify identity and authority and address applicable requirements, deadlines and appeal options without imposing one universal deadline.

11. Your rights (Mexico - ARCO and revocation)

Where the LFPDPPP applies, you may exercise access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO), and revoke consent where appropriate, with the scope and exceptions established by law.

Write to [email protected]. Where the LFPDPPP applies, we will communicate the decision within 20 business days from receipt of the request and, if granted, carry it out within 15 business days following communication of the response, subject to legally applicable extensions or exceptions.

Identity verification, manual handling or coordination with a business does not itself authorize suspending or extending deadlines. You may contact the Secretaria Anticorrupcion y Buen Gobierno under the applicable procedure.

12. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

13. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and adults; it is not intended for independent use by children. Businesses must assess what data they include in conversations and features. If you believe we received a child's data, contact [email protected] for review; the presence of that data does not establish consent or authorization.

14. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and browser storage for sessions, security, language, interface preferences and chat continuity. Clearing or blocking that data may sign you out or affect features.

Connected features, payments and antibot protection may communicate with third parties and use their own technologies depending on what is enabled. You can control storage through your browser and consult the connected provider's options or ask [email protected] for information.

15. Changes

We may update this Policy. We will post the updated version with a new effective date. Material changes may require additional notice where the law mandates.
