SMS Consent & Messaging Policy
Where SMS is enabled, a business may use it for customer service, appointment coordination, booking assistance, support requests, service notifications and transactional communications within the disclosed purpose and the authorization applicable to that communication.
The business must identify the sender and message purpose and obtain the required SMS consent before sending. Giving a phone number, requesting support or sending an inbound message does not grant blanket permission for additional messages or marketing.
These terms and the privacy policy do not replace a specific opt-in when one is required. The business must retain evidence of the authorization and honor withdrawals under applicable requirements.
Message frequency varies. Msg & Data Rates May Apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.
URBNBEE prohibits using its features to contact recipients without the authorization required for that communication. A feature's availability is not permission to send.
URBNBEE does not support unsolicited SMS, purchased contact lists, lead scraping, mass cold outreach, or SMS marketing blasts.
URBNBEE does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

How SMS Consent Works
An inbound SMS or a form may be part of a customer's request, but the business must explain which SMS communications are authorized and collect the required consent for that purpose.
Authorization for one conversation or transaction does not automatically authorize recurring messages, another purpose or marketing. Unsolicited messaging remains prohibited.
The enabled program must provide its sender identity, message purpose, relevant frequency and rate disclosures, and ways to withdraw consent or obtain help.
You may opt out by replying STOP, request help by replying HELP, or contact [email protected]. These options do not limit other applicable withdrawal methods or rights. Requests must be honored under applicable law and program requirements.
