AI can misunderstand a request or encounter incomplete information. BeeAgent offers conversation control and tools that depend on configuration. The business must define boundaries, maintain data and review decisions such as quotes and payment proofs; these controls do not eliminate every possibility of error.
Pausing is not shutting the business down
The AI can be active on the inbox and paused on a single conversation. You, reception, or sales continue with that person. The other threads stay covered. When you are done, you hand that conversation back to the agent.
What gets reviewed
- A quote: the team validates scope, amount, and terms before it counts.
- A payment: the link goes out, and the receipt stays in review.
- An order change: the kitchen or the shop sees it before it is confirmed.
The agent learns from the operation you loaded. If a price or a policy changes, the source is the business, not the last conversation. Correcting it in the account is what keeps replies aligned with what you actually offer.
