Days 1 and 2: define before connecting

This is a suggested plan, not a universal seven-day implementation guarantee. Choose an initial workflow, assign owners and collect approved information. Select a first channel and supporting tool. Check connection requirements and availability. Start by defining requests, confirmation and human intervention rather than activating everything.

Days 3 to 5: test the full process

Configure knowledge and operational data, then test fictional normal, ambiguous and exceptional requests. Verify calendar or order outcomes. Ask someone else to take over from web or app. If they constantly need configurator instructions, simplify. Document issues and correct them individually to understand what solved each problem.

Days 6 and 7: review scope and owners

Decide readiness for a limited pilot and its review requirements. Confirm costs, access and update procedures. Assign hours, catalog and policy maintenance as well as pending-work ownership. Success isn't checking off screens; it is an operable, supervisable workflow that distinguishes chat replies from confirmed operations.

Put it into practice

  • Choose one initial workflow and an owner.
  • Prepare current information and connection requirements.
  • Test normal, ambiguous and exceptional fictional requests.
  • Have someone other than the configurator take over.
  • Confirm costs and maintenance before expanding scope.

The takeaway

The first week should establish a sustainable routine, not a collection of activated tools. A bounded start supports learning without committing the entire operation at once.

Editorial guidance, not a results promise. Capabilities depend on enabled tools and configuration; business examples are fictional.
