What it does in a conversation
It reads the message and replies with the hours, prices, services, and policies the business loaded. If a detail is missing — an address, a photo of the job, a time — it asks. It tells apart someone who wants information, an appointment, a purchase, or a quote, and follows that path.
It keeps that person’s context: their name, what they asked, and where things stood. The next conversation does not start from zero. If they write in another language, the team can read and reply in theirs.
What it does not close alone
